계정 삭제 안내
이 페이지는 GDA PC 프로그램과 모바일 앱(개발자 Spinefairy)의 계정을 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다. GDA 계정과 Narratip 계정은 서로 별개이며, 이 안내는 GDA 계정에만 해당합니다.
삭제 방법
- 모바일 앱에서: 모바일 앱을 열고 설정 → 계정 삭제를 눌러 주세요.
- PC 프로그램에서: PC 프로그램의 공통 설정 → 계정 → 계정 탈퇴를 눌러 주세요. 모바일 앱 없이 PC에서만 가입했어도 PC에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 앱을 쓸 수 없을 때: cs@spinefairy.com으로 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 메일에는 다음 두 가지를 적어 주세요.
- 로그인에 쓴 Apple 또는 Google 계정의 이메일 주소
- 삭제할 계정이 「GDA 계정」이라는 것

- 연결된 PC와 단말기의 정보
- 이용권 코드 연결
삭제한 뒤에도 보관되는 정보
개인정보 처리방침 제5조에 따라 다음 정보는 정해진 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
- 로그인 수단의 식별값을 다시 알아볼 수 없게 일방향 암호화한 값과 삭제한 계정의 내부 식별값: 삭제한 날부터 1년(무료 체험 중복 방지, 삭제 처리 보호)
- 결제 기록: 5년(「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」)
- 이용자의 PC에 저장된 작업물은 회사가 가지고 있지 않으므로 삭제 대상이 아닙니다. PC에 있는 게임 프로젝트는 그대로 남습니다.
정기결제 해지
스토어 정기결제는 계정을 삭제해도 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. App Store 또는 Google Play의 계정 설정에서 구독을 해지해 주세요.
처리 기간
메일로 받은 삭제 요청은 받은 날부터 영업일 7일 이내에 처리합니다.
Deleting your GDA account
This page explains how to delete an account for the GDA PC app and mobile app, published by Spinefairy. GDA and Narratip accounts are separate, so these steps apply to your GDA account only.
How to delete your account
- In the mobile app: open the mobile app and go to Settings → Delete account.
- In the PC app: in the PC app, go to App settings → Account → Delete account. You can delete your account from the PC even if you signed up on the PC without the mobile app.
- If you can't use either app: email cs@spinefairy.com and include:
- the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with
- a note that the request is for your GDA account
What gets deleted
- Your account information
- Information about the PCs and devices linked to your account
- The link between your account and any License Code
What we keep, and for how long
As set out in Article 5 of our Privacy Policy, we keep the following for a limited time and then destroy it:
- A one-way hash of your sign-in identifier, which cannot be traced back to you, and the internal identifier of the deleted account: 1 year from deletion (to prevent repeat free trials and to protect the deletion process)
- Payment records: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Work saved on your PC is never held by us, so it isn't deleted. Your game projects stay on your PC.
Canceling your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Processing time
Requests sent by email are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
